My daughter feels snug and secure in the wrap. You might be concerned about a baby’s or child’s wiggliness (that’s not a word), but that’s not a concern! I feel like the ring sling is really effective and safe. Overall, this is an extremely quick method of babywearing.

So, when she decides that she no longer wants to be held, I can easily take her right out and avoid the screams caused by impatience due to the length of time required for other carriers. With my daughter, this was great for me because she changes her mind quickly. Literally just a few seconds and they’re out. Taking the baby out of the wrap/carrier can often take just as long or longer, but the ring sling makes it so easy to quickly get the child out of the sling. I love this sling for quick grocery trips and errands. It take just a few seconds and you’ll be on your way. Like, just plop it on, make a few adjustments if needed, and you’re good to go.

Once you know how to use the sling, it is so speedy to use. Then, I had this random carrier from a consignment sale, and it was just so bad, and I couldn’t do it in a timely manner. The Ergobaby Omni 360 is great, but clipping all of the clips and adjusting can take some time. The Solly Baby wrap is great, but oh man, it can take some time to put on, especially with a little one pulling on and messing with the fabric. I can gladly say that this is definitely the quickest method of baby wearing that I’ve tried. My girl has always loved to be held which I love, but it also is harder to get things done when your hands are full. As a mom, I am always go go go, and I needed something that could keep up with me.
